Factory Seams
Depending on the size ordered, your shade fabric may contain a factory seam.

Minimum Order Charge
A $30 minimum order charge will be applied to custom shade cloth purchases less than $60 in value. This charge will be added if the total value of your custom shade cloth purchase is less than $60 (not including other products, accessories, sales tax or shipping). Please contact Greenhouse Megastore customer service if you have any questions regarding this fee.
Dimension Guarantee
Greenhouse Megastore guarantees +/- 4' to your specified dimensions. Accuracy has only very rarely been a problem, but keep in mind these variances.
Return Policy
Specially cut and custom fabricated items including but not limited to polyethylene film, polycarbonate panels and shade cloth are not returnable. We will, however, exchange any defective items. Specially fabricated items that do not meet ordered specifications (within stated tolerances) will be replaced upon confirmation of discrepancy by Greenhouse Megastore or the manufacturer. Customer may be subject to additional shipping and handling charges if it is confirmed that returned pieces do indeed meet stated tolerances.

Hanging Instructions
When hanging shade cloth pieces larger than 100 sq. ft., you may need extra center support to prevent the cloth from sagging in the middle. One easy way to do this is by running lightweight cable from corner to opposite corner, forming an X pattern that the cloth can rest on. For pieces larger than 400 sq. ft., you may need cables running end to end every 4' or so.

- This is an awesome company and they delivered a terrific product weeks before promisedI needed to find a good shade cloth to cover the southern exposure of my new 12' x 20' greenhouse. This company was recommended by the company that made my incredible greenhouse kit so I trusted that they'd recommend an equally great product. I am not disappointed in any respect. The material is exactly as promised, it came as ordered with taped edges and grommets set every 2' all the way around the taped border, but the most remarkable part of this was that I called to make a custom order, was told that it would be at least a month, yet the next week my forest green shade cloth, beautifully taped and grommeted, arrived at my house. Needless to say, I was totally amazed at that level of service and the price was very reasonable, especially for a custom shade cloth. Thank you Greenhouse Megastore and your terrific staff that made this possible. It is a beautiful addition to my greenhouse as well as helping to shade it from our hot California summer sun!
- Shade for 24' x 36' stallsI needed shade for horses over a 84x72 pole barn. Only two didn't fit perfectly because I made the assumption on the measurements based on adjacent ones. Measure twice cut once. I could not be happier with how it works and how it looks.
- Outside of measurement tolerancesOrdered a 10'x21' and rec'd a 10'x19' I made it work, but not satisfied and will not pay shipping back charges.
- Custom Shade ClothOrdered two 9x11 with black tape around the edges and grommets on 2' centers. Two problems: 1. The black tape frays at the edges. 2. More importantly the only way we could tie the two together is to flip one of them upside down since the grommets were not positioned so that the two could be tied together. Since the shade of the fabric on the underside is darker than the shade on the top; the sun protection is also effected. Disappointed.
